大家好~ 小弟又來發問啦!
鑒於手沖咖啡器具還沒蒐集完成(目前只入手v60...匿名和青鳥還在飛~)
原本的即溶已經打算放著當擺飾，所以暫時先買少量濾掛喝這樣
但是發現我濾掛都會需要稀釋才能入口耶...
是用同事的手沖壺斷水沖以不淹過咖啡粉為主，有悶蒸30s
水溫和時間不確定，直接從飲水機裝熱水，粉整個擠在那流有點慢
大約沖了200cc(包裝上建議180~200cc) 喝一口決定稀釋到300cc...
想請問濾掛要怎樣沖才會好喝? 我前天剛入手v60是有躍躍欲試地把濾掛拆開來當手沖泡
喝起來和用濾掛沖不太一樣耶? 這樣是正常的嗎...
