淺中焙 磨豆請教 - 咖啡討論

魯妹我是手沖超新手
喝的豆子多是淺中焙
上個月入手了MSCS-2TB
便脫離了濾掛包之路(啊?)
但是在磨豆子的時候常會有大小不一的情形
因為豆子會卡在磨豆機的齒中間
一開始磨的豆子還是均勻的
後就會變成一半小一半很大塊的樣子
所以沖出來的味道常常每次喝都不太一樣...(掩面)
不知道有沒有什麼辦法可以避免這種情形呢
今天摩磨的中間拿起來看兩三次 但是沒發現有卡
磨完才發現卡兩三片
還是這是接近磨完才會這樣呢?
