有關摩卡壺 - 咖啡討論

安好!
最近剛入門一款新手摩卡壺,想說用它先練功,
於是我的煮法如此,
約20g綜合豆(20%印尼曼特、30%巴西、50%非洲摩卡)稍微填壓,粗細約手搖
調最緊往後退2 ~ 3格,附帶350ml水,
一開始出來的就是黑咖啡,可是到中段就忽然跑出許多Crema(我不認為它是...起碼
.... 我不覺得壺的壓力夠...), 和朋友煮一開始就出小C不一樣(工具不相同)。
想請問:
1. 如此的話是否 一開始出來 ~ Crema出來前的咖啡是不要喝?
總體喝起來不潤,就是沒有順口,感覺卡卡的......
2.摩卡壺可以歸類於義式嗎?雖然都是利用壓力......但總覺得有地方不對勁

台製H-3/H-03手搖磨豆機(20g磨完磨盤溫溫的,我應該先冰鎮它嗎......)
