今天前在yt看到虎紀老闆做冰釀的影片,
老闆說粉會吸2倍重量的水,然後粉水比1:10
所以這樣算1:12吧!
我選用衣索比亞(耶加雪菲),
風味是柑橘、蜂蜜、烤地瓜
粉裝到寶特瓶的照片沒拍
我用40克的粉泡480的水,
粉磨的比平常手沖細一點

剛過濾完喝起來body很重,
尾韻烤地瓜味很明顯,
第二、三天喝起來很像中藥 很濃
但是也不會苦和澀,尾韻一樣地瓜味
加了牛奶後就不會像中藥了,
而且好像有變甜?
新手第一次嘗試起大家噴小力一點
