摩卡壺煮出來的咖啡有焦味 - 咖啡討論

感謝板上大大的回答,後來我就跑去買了一台BRIKKA
提供一個情報,我在微風附近的的蜜蜂咖啡買到的,1850
是我找到最便宜的,不過客人很多,所以服務不是很好
後來我就拿店家送的咖啡粉去煮了(瓜地馬拉,上面寫適合各種器具)
大致邊填邊敲倒滿粉刮平,把剛煮沸的水用量杯量完倒到下壺,過五分鐘旋上
我是用煮菜的瓦斯爐,用蒸東西的架子架住(沒墊高)
火幾乎是轉最小留中間那撮,等到咖啡開始噴出,立刻關火
不過,煮出來的咖啡有很重的焦味,混雜著咖啡香
就沒有其它的味道,其實有點像雀巢即溶咖啡(忽然有點同情喜歡喝即溶咖啡的人)
後來檢查粉餅,還蠻完整的,只不過,旁邊略比中間低,有點怪
想請問各位高手,怎樣可以讓我的咖啡啡不那麼焦
有爬過文,不過想問說如果是家裡用的大瓦斯,火源要怎麼控制
以及水溫要多少在璇上(好像熱水冷水都有人支持)
