手沖陌生豆疑問? - 咖啡討論

想請問各位前輩們,
如果在拿到一隻第一次嘗試的豆子時,
沖煮的條件分別是什麼呢?
自己的習慣是,小富士刻度4,kalita 101,90度,1:15,2分半
一般來說這樣的條件沖出來也都覺得還不錯,
也就覺得好像也不是這麼需要多調整什麼,
但心中一直有個疑問就是
會不會沖到豆子完了根本還沒表現出豆子該有的表現,
所以想問問看前輩們都是怎麼開始怎麼去調整的呢?
