手沖的疑問 - 咖啡討論

請問
我這次買了 中淺烘培 新幾內亞的豆子
我使用和上一包衣索比亞(哈拉),一樣的水溫、研磨刻度來沖煮
但在悶蒸後、第2、3次注水時,竟然沒有在粉上面冒出黃色的泡沫
而是直接看粉在水中搖,而且滴漏的速度超快.............
為此我今天把刻度再降一度、但沖的情形仍然一樣;到底是怎麼了
還有什麼參數可以調嗎? 降水溫有差嗎?
