手沖時悶蒸的必要性? - 咖啡討論

玩手沖也有一段時間了,一開始總是照著書上影片裡的方法沖
沖出來的味道的確不差也沒有特別驚喜,有時還會出現不好的味道(焦味澀味等等)
最近和一位沖咖啡的學長討教後,發現他幾乎不照一般方式沖咖啡
而是一股腦地全部把水都注進去後,就等咖啡全部落下來後就喝了!
喝起來的味道的確並沒有太大的差別(和我沖的),甚至是比我沖得還好喝得多。
大家手沖的方式也是如此嗎?還是也照書上或影片中的方法勒?
