[手沖] 濾杯 與 蒸悶 的問題... - 咖啡討論

請問一下濾杯與蒸悶的問題,
手上有兩個濾杯,使用同一批豆子,進行手沖蒸悶時,
一個濾杯,咖啡粉會發的很明顯,就是會一整個變得很凸很凸,
另一個濾杯,咖啡粉看的出有發,但是發的情況還好,
是什麼原因導致如此,我也不太清楚,只是濾杯不同,卻導致發的情況也不同!?
請問對於手沖咖啡的風味上,用哪個濾杯的風味會比較好呢?
有比較過兩個濾杯的結果,風味上好像真的有點不同,但也說不上來
畢竟手沖技術尚待加強,每次沖出來的風味本來就不大一致...
