原文推文都提到和Flair 58, Lelit MaraX的比較.
剛好我走過這段,有些想法也回一下.
9b和本來的半自動義式機看齊,
提供定溫定壓的條件擠出濃縮咖啡液.
很長以來濃縮咖啡機配的是不講究風味多變的豆子.
它的產地和有攸久傳統的義大利法國,
餵給義式機的豆子都是當代不敢恭維的又黑又油.
太經典以至於是用國名冠名的法烘義烘French roast, Italian roast
味道厚重焦苦味突出.
什麼產地烤出來都差不多.
我朋友喝過一次說,
"豆子死了"
給不小心就水溫過高的單鍋爐拉霸機像La Pavoni或是摩卡壺
應該是剛好.
現在e61義式機能做成定溫定壓已經是講究了.
MaraX提供三段溫更進一步
9B則是定壓定溫.
當代豆子花樣大爆發,
為追求風味,手沖有複雜的花式
義式機的定溫定壓已不夠應對豆子多變的特性
這幾年可以看到PID溫控和變壓機構愈來愈普及.
但代價高昂(想那飽和沖煮頭上面加paddle).
所以Flair系列應對新需要,
用manual的方式變壓變溫.
不比機械準確但可用.
風味的話
Youtube上以找到很多評價,也有對決文的.
一般是正面.
Hoffmann給的評價普,但令他皺眉的是操作流程不是風味.
(他給平價機的風味評測就很直接的說不行)

anyway,
MaraX好機器我出掉了小後悔,
9B是配合傳統標準做的天才設計.
我也是考慮很久但怕麻煩沒入手.
Flair帶我跟上第三波的新潮流.
通吃各種豆子.
放辦公室給很多人喝過,
懂或不懂的都喜歡.
btw, 我有時會喝喝看剩水壓出的咖啡液.
竟可以入口.
一般少人做的lungo,
我想可以在Flair上試試.
