今天除了要提女神杯回家外
當然也不可以忘了帶一杯新品--布蕾瑪奇朵
杯型:普通大杯
溫度:HOT
觀感:黑焦糖在奶泡上以井字爬行,
隨著奶泡掉進咖啡裡,
讓人跟著也吞了一口口水......
第一口味道:是布丁底部的黑焦糖?? 還是聖誕節才有的太妃跑來了??!!
(未攪拌均勻前)
中段味道:黑焦糖的焦香味比起黃焦糖在咖啡中更加明顯,
(攪拌均勻)
甜度上比黃焦糖多了一點刺激(?),
少了點溫潤,不過喝下後,卻有喝茶後的回甘感(?!)
末段味道:冷卻後的布蕾瑪奇朵,失去活力,焦香味會變成焦味碾壓過咖啡@@
最後的溫度都失去的時候,淡淡的苦澀會在喝下後從喉頭泛開......
這個時候,拿起女神杯端詳,苦澀就會變甜美XDDDDD
整體而言,
在剛拿到手的時候,
味道是一種似曾相識的感覺,會讓人想一直往下喝
想要知道這似曾相識的感覺從哪來?
但為了體會階段性的美感(?),我留下了三分之一等溫度變化XD
不過會有點後悔就是,因為溫度越低,焦味會變明顯,苦澀感在最後甚至跑出來了....
以我自己的感覺,會覺得要快速喝完,在似曾相識的那種感覺還沒消逝前喝完
我想就會一直留著那種猜想,讓咖啡更美味(?!)
明天一早要來試試冰布蕾瑪奇朵~~看看會不會更像布丁底部的黑焦糖XDDD
