雖然是單品咖啡,確以espresso的方式來呈現,14g的豆子濃縮在30cc的一小杯,原本青澀的香蕉味,微微芳香的柑橘香,在高溫高壓的洗禮下,彷彿被時光布蓋過,有著圓潤的酸味
