咖啡烘焙完熟成到底要多久 - 咖啡討論

今天新買了歐舍的耶加雪夫G2,是12月17號烘焙的
用小郵筒4格研磨,水溫92度C手沖,結果發現悶蒸
時都無法"發"起來(咖啡粉膨脹),感覺相當奇怪
,打去歐舍問,他說M0烘焙度度的咖啡要放8-10天
熟成,覺得相當奇怪,一般來說不是說咖啡烘焙完
要在1-2週內沖泡完最好,熟成有聽過2-3天的,從
來沒有聽過這麼久的,請問有人有聽過這樣的說法
