咖啡手沖的總時間疑問 - 咖啡討論

跟板上各位大大討教,
自己手沖已經大概快三年的時間了,使用過V60、星芒、花瓣、川流等,
使用磨豆機Fellow ode,刻度在4~5中間,使用Fellow EKG600溫控壺,
溫度92度,17克,1:15注水比例,選用衣索比亞淺焙豆子。
在操作V60、星芒、花瓣時悶蒸30秒35ml後,注水到160ml,
中間斷水一次等水流到快乾,再注水到250ml停止,微看見粉就拿掉,
都可以控制在2分鐘內,先不論風味,至少都不會有過萃的問題,
最近入手川流冰裂紋版本01的大小,同樣操作的前提下時間會落在2分半,會有過萃的澀感,
其實川流風味上很厚實,同時能夠讓酸味表現出來,我覺得特色蠻鮮明的。
跟廠商洽詢並且到店測試後,廠商表示這速度是正常的,希望我能夠換個手法,
當然有許多方法能夠降低沖煮時間,像是減少粉量和提高刻度,
但在不動這兩種參數下還有沒有降低沖煮時間的辦法?試過一次注水不斷水,風味會變平淡厚度消失。
題外話,當天測試完手滑了一款標準版02白色陶瓷濾杯,結果同樣參數下流速跟星芒差不多…
