咖啡中的「燒仙草」風味 - 咖啡討論

如題，剛剛沖了一支盧安達．坦博區．括克合作社的豆子，甜心屋的，焙度應該是中，
今天用的是V60、大概90度、兩注水下去沖21克、320cc。
其實一直以來都不太知道怎麼描述今天喝到的這個風味，
以往我在筆記當中可能是寫「木質尾韻」、或「較深沉的果酸」之類的哈哈…
不過剛剛突然腦中想起了吃燒仙草時口中最後會留下來的味道，
就很像這種帶點烤焙味的酸甜尾韻，不曉得板上有沒有人用過燒仙草來形容喝到的風味XD
大家又用過什麼很奇特的食物來形容喝到的咖啡呢XD?
