初學者的法壓疑問 - 咖啡討論

近日開始使用法式壓濾壺喝咖啡,參考版上心得分享後,也有點淺見跟疑問。
一般都說,法壓出來的咖啡會較濃稠且雜質較多,我跟一位老師請教後,再倒出來時有再
過濾一次,老師建議用濾紙,但個人採用金屬濾網,口感確實比較輕爽,不知版上各位大
大也類似做法或其他意見嗎?
另外,用法壓浸泡,在冬天似乎最怕泡兩三分鐘後水溫下降,有可以比較保溫萃取的方式
嗎?
