在下最近開始嘗試冰滴咖啡,目前用IWAKI的簡易冰滴壺,試了不同重量的咖啡粉。
使用的咖啡粉適中淺烘培的咖啡豆,是台灣新社產的咖啡製成。
試很多次之後,有一個想法,能否用少量的咖啡粉泡出口感較濃郁冰滴咖啡?
之後在手邊咖啡粉不足的狀況下進行下面的試驗:
1.約10克左右的咖啡粉,加入200~250的冰水。
2.在冰箱進行冰滴,當冰滴過程完成時,將咖啡再回到入上方的容器進行第2次冰滴。
3.同上,總共重複三次,都在冰箱中進行,最後放12小時。
結果:
喝起來的口感挺濃郁、香氣必較薄弱,顏色也比較淺,但是使用咖啡粉只有1/4。
在下想在這請問各位,可否用這樣的方式製作冰滴咖啡?
