爬文後大家滿多是將奶泡先打發再打綿,或是邊打發邊打綿,但小弟廚房冬天室溫低,發
現以上二種方式打,容易讓下層奶泡溫度與上層落差大,等到全部溫度到了,奶泡也老了
!請問若用先插深一點加熱,再拉起來打綿會比較好嗎?有需先溫奶?還是沒差?或是有
版大有獨門秘方可以分享?謝謝!
