跟同事在閒聊泡咖啡的事
同事問我知不知道用不同的水泡出來的咖啡口感會不一樣嗎？
雖然覺得有可能會有差別，但是應該不會直接喝得出來吧？
他說自己也沒有試過，只是聽過有這樣的說法
因為挺好奇下班後我用飲水機的水和2款瓶裝水來做比較
瓶裝水有台鹽鹼性離子水、VACHI鎂顏海洋深層水

其中元炁水泡出來的咖啡是家人認定三杯中比較喜歡的，覺得口感更滑順，
自己喝起來感覺是多了一個味道，有一種海鹽咖啡的感覺
跟同事分享後說他之後也要來試試看泡茶有沒有差異XD
有大大也做過這樣的實驗嗎？
