我的syphon煮法是依照王裕文老師的影片
有一個小問題是
當我咖啡粉倒進上壺 必須盡快把粉都浸濕
但如果我煮兩人份的話
若是圓形攪拌將粉浸濕 上壺的水有時會流到下壺...
這是哪裡出問題呀?
該如何改進呢?
我自己想過一個方法是
用比上壺口徑稍小的圓柱體壓一下 一秒就能浸濕了...
有人試過嗎?
