難得看到星巴克有反省的文章，對照前些日子的消費經驗到也挺諷刺的
文章中提到的人文精神和有如到朋友家喝咖啡的親切在現在的星巴克早
就蕩然無存，成功的事業總會在成功的時候忘記當初他們為什麼會成功
無論上面的決策者再怎麼努力想延續當初胼手胝足才有今天的事業，遇
到陽奉陰違的下屬總是會搞砸一鍋粥，還真想請星巴克的創辦人來打打
看台灣的客服，看看是不是也會被掛電話。
