大家好,不好意思想請教一下關於刻度粗細的問題,手機排版請見諒
小弟是手沖新手,爬過一些文
對於手沖粗細認知大概是應該像二號砂糖那樣大小
不久前才從手搖換成700s,官方建議以及爬文的刻度設定大概是4.0~4.5這樣,但是出來的顆粒大小感覺很粉,所以為了追求二號砂糖曾經設定6甚至是6.5過
可是總還是覺得怪怪的,所以想請問一下是磨豆機的問題還是二號砂糖的觀念本身是有問題的?
刀盤的部分平時有定期拆開清理,也有照說明書校正過了,且全新第一次磨用4.5的時候就有感覺很細了。
附圖是二號砂糖跟刻度五的對比,刻度5看起來就是小了一點啊…
