想請教一下,小弟剛開始學習手沖一年
最近剛請人從日本幫忙帶回Nice Cut
但是在沖最近常喝的牙買加高山卻發現沖出來有濃厚乾淨的苦味
但是似乎也就只有苦味,沒有什麽酸味與其他層次感
同樣的豆子用S700跟小富士煮出來都不會有這種明顯單一的苦味
(都是自己沖)
水溫有試過90 85 83 80,但是都還是明顯的苦味而沒有什麽酸度與層次
小弟一般是以刻度3.5,悶蒸40秒,分三段注水,比例約1:15
想請問一下各位建議能如何去調整呢?
(個人偏好層次多酸味淡而順口的咖啡,但是用KNC沖出來只有濃厚的苦味@@)
