今天在公司用這個Kamira Espresso Maker做了個義式咖啡。
Kamira是一個全不銹鋼義式咖啡爐，需要用外加熱源，如瓦斯爐或電磁爐來加熱。
黃銅色的是拽壓閥，這個爐是義大利製造。
有兩個濾杯把手，一個是兩杯份，一個是一杯份。
通常我是做兩杯份。
裝好約50ml的水、填粉輕壓後上把手，打開電磁爐後，
一分鐘內就可以完成espresso 咖啡。
可以輕鬆做出高品質espresso咖啡，清潔保養又簡單。可玩性和可靠性都極高。
