1.豆子是台灣的,沒什麼明顯的香氣,重在口感吧
2.中心注水,斷水法都嘗試過
用v60的濾杯沖很多次,但是喝起來都很一般前段明亮尾段部分就沒了,這次回家發現家裡有個梯形濾杯(不知道什麼牌陶瓷的),拿來沖煮喝起來整體口感就厚實多了也多了一些的甜感,不會像v60那樣,body薄弱酸值明顯。
想問的是是沖煮上面的問題,或者是器材上面的問題?
因為是台灣豆所以想沖出body比較厚實的東西
