之前大家在討論DA1的時後有說要把使用的過程照下來給大家看,
所以就PO上來了。若有錯誤還不吝指教。
首先和大家介紹的是使用上會遇到的問題
A.濾紙
他的濾紙和hario其他的塞風壺所用的濾紙是不一樣的,一面是不織布,另外一面
則是棉布的材質,可以重複使用,不過用久了還是要更換.濾紙由濾器下方往上套住.棉布那
面朝上.買壺的時後會贈送五個.
B.沖泡
我們都知道使用賽封壺烹調咖啡的時候,不論再怎麼加熱下壺,下壺都會有一定份
量的水到不了上壺,而這到不了上壺的水,當你烹調的咖啡份量越少,下壺這些水佔整個咖
啡的比例就越大,而這水有什麼影響,很容易讓你泡的太淡,你想增加時間讓他濃一點,一方
面容易過頭,一方面又容易有焦味,所以每每泡出來的不是太淡,就是很有焦味,我個人認為
是這個壺的缺點.
C.酒精燈
如果你本身有買氣化爐是不可以用的,因為下壺的高度不夠,大部分的氣化爐是塞
不進去.酒精燈火力雖然可以利用棉蕊的長短控制,但點火之後就不太能調整了.另外他的
酒精燈不像一般塞風所附贈的沒有遮罩,很容易受到風力影響,不太能在有風的地方使用.
又因為他的酒精燈燈蓋是沒辦法密封酒精燈的,會造成酒精燈裡面的酒精揮發,烹煮完咖啡
得把沒用完的酒精到回瓶子,要不然下次在拿出酒精燈的時後,酒精已經全部揮發掉了.最
後就是他酒精燈的瓶口很小,要買個漏斗才好裝酒精.
