還在觀望flair58時的一個問題.
我看網上分享的workflow,
是先填壓完咖啡粉, 置入分水網, 上把固定後,
再將熱水注入水艙中.
我的理解是:水艙下方原先是空的, 是靠咖啡粉將熱水撐住,
若是這樣,則熱水注入的那一秒開始, 已經對咖啡粉作無壓預浸了?
flair自己官網講到預浸,是說開始出小力施壓, 以1-2bar壓8-10秒.

沒有計熱水注入後咖啡粉已經吃水的時間.
和傳統義式機似乎不大一樣?

有此問是因為自己想買無加熱版的58x,
想自己控溫, 比如深焙義式豆用低溫88度做,
在水燒滾注入水艙後,我想插溫度計到水艙中等個幾分鐘自然降溫.
但若flair58的熱水是靠咖啡粉hold住, 則以上不大可行
(咖啡粉浸熱水太久會苦)
另外一個小問題,
粉碗無法預熱對嗎?
我知有人主張不必. 但我也看過建議先上把保溫避免掉水溫.
反正先問一下有無對策?
