想請教板上義式機前輩們會不會有使用中淺焙豆(甚至是中焙豆也雷同)的時候,觀察無
底把手發現出液感覺很稀,但是其實流速已經調整成常見的數值,請見下面影片:

小弟設定參數為18.5克豆子,50克咖啡液,從第一滴出液算起時間調成25-27秒,預浸時
間約10-14秒,目前萃取時WD調成約7ml/s濾杯是IMS NANO塗層18克版本。請問前輩們我還
能怎麼調整,才能像使用中深焙豆一樣出現視覺很濃稠的出液…謝謝指教…
