話說今天被某人慫恿買了Colombia Granja La Esperanza Farm,Geisha Microlot
就是那個哥倫比亞希望莊園的Geisha啦!
颱風沒有來的下雨天,就烘吧!
第一鍋是先烘耶加Harfusa,然後接Geisha
想說Geisha的豆子長長的,一個不小心應該會烘兩頭焦焦中間沒熟...
所以烘焙策略是...
1.190度放豆子下鍋,初期火力開最小,風門也最小
2.由於後期的爬溫段希望能開比較小的火力,但是能合理的爬升,利用慣性提早把火力
加大
3.高溫段將火力關小慢慢到下豆溫
4.由於生豆很乾淨(水洗)而且細緻,所以整體不考慮銀皮的問題,只專注一爆後的煙味
風門控制在能將煙排到既可...
烘焙後兩小時試喝,味道為平衡!茶感!略帶莓果味!楓糖甜!.....還有細緻感很棒
我是和Worka,Harfusa,Rwanda PB 一起比較
worka狂野但是平衡度不夠,Harfusa細緻但是不如Geisha,
Rwanda PB 甜但是沒有特色....列舉來給有喝過的人來感受..XD
明天再找那個慫恿我的壞朋友一起來試看看!!!
