使用Hario DPW-3搭配Tiamo細口宮廷壺
25克的豆子 小飛馬刻度4
悶蒸20秒後不斷水沖350ml停 (沒測時間哈哈哈)

打開包裝的時候有點類似Bench Maji日曬(歐舍編號Y39)
像皮革 又像被布包住的很綜合的果香
磨開也是 也許我對Y39的印象 其實是日曬豆的特性??????
悶蒸時有日式醬油膏的味道XD
喝起來 有明顯的巧克力味 奶油感
吞下後 強烈回甘 生津 香氣持久
沾到嘴唇的咖啡會像護唇膏一樣 很滋潤 (我到底在打什麼)
好甜喔~~~
