本文選用 高雄左營CAMA的耶加雪菲
豆子烘培:102.4.1
前次,利用手沖此款單品,20G豆子=>TIAMO手動磨粉=>90度熱水,手沖,水量200CC
口感入喉酸不澀,無義式焦味,偏水果酸 檸檬酸味
本次,沖煮方式同上
口感,強烈酸澀,有焦味感微薄

上文想表達是否本版朋友也有遇過此款豆有這樣的口感
另外想問看看是否有朋友真對這種外購單品遇到前後味道異常的處置
追蹤原因
1.TIAMO手動磨豆機,是否要清洗
2.手沖時發現很多泡沫,這是第一次發現

問題分析追蹤
1.第一次購買到剛烘好如此新鮮的豆子,推測對溫度敏感度較高
2.由於耶加是淺培的,因此要注意的細節更多,更新鮮的豆子更難手沖
3.上述所謂的難,是指把澀味消除,把焦味去除
4.由於自己未增購溫度計,僅是做放涼與交替入水動作降溫,因此水溫產生誤差
5.針對此次的嘗試,體會到淺培的難度與敏感,更感謝大家的推文
