85C 的重拿鐵 - 咖啡討論

有一個問題納悶很久卻沒有管道可以解惑, 因此來版上一問...
就是當我點重拿鐵的時候, 店員都會將濾杯內的咖啡液倒到剩下一點留下來
請問那剩下來的咖啡液是要作什麼用的呢?
有想過是不是要留著做其他飲料還是咖啡凍等等的~ 亂猜想罷了
如果有85 c 的店員或是有了解的板友, 再麻煩解惑一下
