二烘豆該怎麼辨識才好 - 咖啡討論

除了有貓臉(其實我不是非常清楚那是什麼樣子)
還有什麼部份是可以判斷出來的呢
我家裡買的豆子喝起來普遍覺得單調
如果不是因為不新鮮 水質不同 研磨粗細
如果用塞封的程序都很固定(水溫 攪拌 時間)
不知道會不會可能是二烘的豆子而我不知道
