豆子是越新鮮越好,要泡好也會比較容易
一般來說豆子拿出來磨,剩下的會放冰箱
如果沒包好豆子的香氣還是會變成冰箱味
其實呢用密封罐封好,不要預先把豆子磨碎,一個星期內都無所謂
豆子出油會產生所謂的油耗味,不只放置過久會產生,在泡的過程處理過久也會
如果一杯黑咖啡處理好上面浮了一層亮亮的油,那就是了,喝起來味道不好
所以避免油耗味還是快點喝完,沖泡的溫度和速度都要控制好才能避免一杯難喝的咖啡
