各位咖啡先進同好安安
我們是雪燼咖啡
沒有要葉配或廣宣因為雪燼在2018年就結束了
我們是一群遇到咖啡後入坑的學生
抱著推廣並增進自己功力與經驗的精神在東門市場擺攤
算進人力工資與時間成本大概沒有利益可言
但是看到許多是市場的大哥大姊從不喝酸到跟我們討論每一隻的風味還是很有成就感
可惜有些人畢業或是忙於其他事務讓雪燼慢慢走向退休的路
所以想在最後與新的一年的開頭跟大家分享我們的咖啡

我們是用跟結構咖啡所肌肉大大借的半熱風土炮烘豆
每次去都學到很多(電得很慘)
雖然烘得沒有特別出色
但至少能夠烘透豆子，苦澀的情況已經很少了
這次要分享的豆子是
巴拿馬波奎特山脈莊園卡杜拉日曬/水洗
兩只豆子
預計發送各25份20g豆子
