不知道廉價豆的定義是多便宜?
買豆子的話,一些非準確的經驗:
1. 每磅價格低於$300,印象都不佳(但也有賣貴卻又糟的)
2. 大賣場的豆子避免購買,新鮮度普遍不佳,不然就是烘焙過重
3. 掛耳式盡量不碰,多數經驗是沖完後喝一口就倒掉(比喝三合一還慘)
三合一已經很久沒碰了,最近喝好事多的老舊金山卻意外對味,
有時趕時間,老舊金山的加減喝喝,一箱喝滿久的,
原本不期待這款,沒想到比另款較貴的西雅圖合口味,
西雅圖喝到最後還會有些些咖啡渣殘留...這不是即溶咖啡嗎...
