我一直以為...濾掛沖法,就像是手沖那樣,差別只在無法繞圈圈
剛剛上網看手沖的影片剛好看到濾掛教學,才發現..
原來濾掛是要注水到杯子裡的咖啡液淹過濾掛,再浸泡一下..是這樣子嗎?
我一直誤會了... 雖然現在改喝濾杯自己手沖不喝濾掛了
但想到我以前居然都用錯誤的方式沖濾掛...好像還糾正過別人..好丟臉@@
