離開星巴克也要四年,這四年來走過更多間門市,不管是國內或是國
外的星巴克總會讓我印象深刻;還是夥伴時~有一位熟客叫"Kenny"
他是一位非常資深的製作人,不管是電視劇或是電影他都有參與,Ke
nny本身就是和原po一樣,十分注意shot+牛奶加到上綠線!只要有夥
伴多加一點點~他立刻當場叫夥伴重做,shot快死了才倒到他的杯子
中,很抱歉~一樣重做,因為他覺得味道會有差!這就是”標準”!
公司的”標準做法”本來就是如此,我不覺得原po要求重做就是個奧
客,就像我現在身為一個客人,每次點那堤要求去冰不要加牛奶,我
看著R的夥伴寫註記,但是偶爾總會有”貼心”的BAR夥伴幫我牛奶加
到滿,怎麼辦?我依舊叫夥伴重做,因為那一杯不是我要的飲料!我
會覺得有些夥伴做飲料時會有一種心態=>反正客人又喝不出來差異!
但是~就是有客人喝得出來,甚至有些客人是”貓舌頭”,連飲料溫
度有沒有過高都喝得出來!做飲料時多注意一點會更好!

看到有人在之前回文關於拿”大杯子”買中杯飲料卻要求夥伴的牛奶
量加到”大杯”的量讓我想到一堆往事~曾經遇過客人點doppio espressp
要求用自己的大杯隨行杯裝,然後先到調理BAR台把所有的牛奶倒進去後,
再叫夥伴把牛奶加滿,當下夥伴整個大傻眼,因為這客人只想花80元,但是
他的飲料實際價值是$110元,試問對其他花$110買大杯那堤的客人公平嗎?
