巴拿馬Gesha非競賽豆
COE瓜地馬拉 Injerto莊園
COE瓜地馬拉Carman莊園

今天在此要推薦的豆子是......
瓜地馬拉豆 "Blue Quetzal" Bourbon種 Chimeltenango產區
以前常聽到的產區是安提瓜還有薇薇特南果，頂多是玩到科本產區還有阿提蘭產區
此豆的特色與上列的產區有何不同呢?
大概是...... 比薇薇特南果產區的豆子沉穩
有趣的是...... 烘焙至一爆完下豆，豆子的顏色黑壓壓
喝起來超甜!!!!
實在是款值得推薦的有趣豆~~~~
豆價也不高 ^^
