我是星巴克的長期支持者,但遇到買一送一就會盡量避開,
畢竟人潮太多,我通常選擇不去免得久候,另一面也減少店員的負擔,畢竟常常消費,
久了也認得,看到那麼多人真的覺得店員很辛苦啊.
最近因為多日的航海王活動讓我避不開了,某日我比平常提早15分鐘去,
排隊排了半小時,還是沒辦法在預定的時間內拿到飲料(因為上班要遲到了),
只好摸摸鼻子離開.之後,我去電星巴克的客服專線,建議在活動期間在店門口設置看板,
告示即將進門的顧客所需要等待的時間,譬如一小時或40分鐘,以免發生在我上的不愉快
再次發生在別人身上.然而,我得到的回答卻是,我們的店員沒辦法機動性的設置看板,
因為人潮會變動,所以店員無法估計顧客所要等待的時間.
得到這樣的回應,我感到失望也猜想我的建議是沒有下文了.
然而要消費者在人龍中痴痴的等待是我不能接受的,設置看板真有如此困難嗎?
我印象中某星巴克的分店有這樣做,既然一家能做,為什麼不能在其他分店廣泛實施呢?
避免浪費顧客時間,創造美好的消費經驗,這樣不是很好嗎?
期待星巴克能改善顧客久候的問題,然而在龐大人潮與錢潮的的湧流下,這樣的期待
已經顯得不切實際,唯一的選擇是去別處消費吧,過去的星巴克已經回不來了,
何必花錢買罪受呢!
