手沖手法對風味的影響 - 咖啡討論

接觸手沖約莫一年多,一周大約沖個3~4杯還很菜。
比較能利用研磨度(越細萃取率高)、水溫(越高萃取率高)、粉水比(濃淡)去調整,
但對於更細微的調整就有點模糊,如研磨度及水溫的交互作用,
至於注水方式就更難掌控了,僅能大概分辨多次注水或沖煮時間長/較濃、苦甜感較明顯
現在主要都利用兩段注水搭配微調研磨度、水溫去沖自己喜要的風味。
但還是希望能多了解一些原理去做更細微的調整,
尤其網路上看到的資訊經常是相衝突的,

跟我慣用和理解的方式幾乎完全相反,希望能有大神好心的講解讓菜菜學習一下。
