手沖"咖啡道"--心境影響大不同 - 咖啡討論

各位咖啡同好大大,大家好!
發現這裡沒有自介文發文選項耶...
那我就簡單自介一下就好了...XD。
大家好,
我是OFBO。
從前大學時,(久遠時代...遠目呀...)
喝了一杯貴鬆鬆星巴克拿鐵之後,
立刻大心悸,
從此對咖啡印象大壞。
直到去年下半年,
因緣際會下,
接觸到中南美高海拔莊園,中淺培單品手沖咖啡,
才對咖啡整個大改觀,
並且整個愛上單品手沖咖啡! ^O^
現在是每天至少一杯單品掛耳撫慰自己上班的辛勞,
並且開始學習手沖咖啡約半年多,
也希望有機會能和更多同好交流學習。
:)
最近練習手沖,
有一個有趣的體會,
我發現同一包的豆子,
用相同的器具,
但在不同的心境下沖,
沖出來的咖啡竟然可以天壤地別!
心情好或放鬆時,
泡出來的咖啡有可可味+微微果酸+回甘轉甜,
層次分明;
心情不好或壓力大時,
泡出來又苦又酸又澀,
連丁之貓眼都可以被我泡得很苦...@@
以上體會屢試不爽!
不禁跟朋友請教,
有朋友聽了之後跟我說:
"茶有茶道,咖啡也有咖啡道,
手沖咖啡也會把個人的心境還有能量注入咖啡中喔!"
真是聽得我也不得不點頭稱是呀!
而我也不禁好奇,
不知道板上各位有在手沖的大大們,
是不是也有過類似的體會呢?
很想聽聽大家的經驗跟感受!
