手動磨豆機 - 咖啡討論

有鑑於之前豆子氧化速度的快速
研磨後的豆子因為接觸面積變多氧化速度特快
即使放在保存罐裡三四天新鮮的豆子有會不新鮮
所以打算買個手動研磨器
不過我比較疑惑的是手動式的可以整個拆下來清嗎?
因為咖啡渣跟咖啡油脂附著在齒輪上 久不清就會又敗壞的酸味
所以想理解可否拆開清理??
請各位同好不吝嗇指教 謝謝:)
