找信賴的商家購買是上策，
我這樣說會得罪很多店家，
有些精品咖啡店，綜合豆賣得便宜，
是佛心嗎？！當然不是，售價反映成本。
以義式綜合豆來說，一開始的想法，
就是因為商業豆的風味貧乏，所以用混豆來截長補短，
綜合豆，便宜，銷量大，
豆相會不會乾淨呢？！有烘豆的心裡就有底了。
烘深，就能掩蓋味瑕疵了，
掩蓋不了咧，代表技術不到家，
SGS也沒屁用，它只保證送驗的那把，
所以找安心信賴的店家為上上策。
