我有兩次這樣經驗
一次大概一年多前 因為一天會喝至少三大杯
變成有點慢性上癮
一天喝很多也沒有不適感
可是最後導致睡眠時間變少 而且也沒有自覺
一直到最後發現睡眠時間變成六個半小時
而且持續很久 才發現有點不對勁
戒掉幾個禮拜後
睡眠作息才變得比較正常
請問 大家也有這樣的經驗嗎???
