在店內用拉花豆選擇 - 咖啡討論

最近想開始練拉花
想請問
如果是在店內練的話
因為如果用店內磨豆機
勢必要把店內用的豆子先倒出來清乾淨
再倒入拉花豆
使用完再清乾淨倒入店內豆
這樣一方面蠻麻煩之外
倒來倒去也會影響豆子新鮮度跟浪漫一點豆子
不知道是否有更簡單的方法
目前想到的方法是買拉花豆後請店家磨好?
這可行嗎?
還是店家不會這麼做?
(我自己曾作過蠢事
練完拉花想說剩一點拉花豆懶得倒掉
就直接把它全磨出來丟掉
結果因為太油又太大量,直接卡住)
