什麼情況下豆子會有點鹹? - 咖啡討論

平常都是隨便用平底鍋炒豆子,
偶而會有一二次豆子有點鹹味,請問是什麼原因呢?
同一支豆子,不一定每次都有鹹味,因此問題應該是出在烘焙的過程。
另外比較常出現的是有點燥的感覺,不大會形容,
就是喝下去之後,喉嚨會有點乾澀的感覺。
這又是為什麼?
