因為我本身用的是Hario 50A-3
之前爬了一些文
想找找看50A-3的優缺點和與其它型號的比較
但是都只有比較TCA,DCA和NCA
似乎50A已經是被人遺忘掉的型號...
而且還聽說已停產...
看過一些人的網誌,上面有提到的
優點像是"50A3系列採用缽型的,缽型的好處是上壺溫度低"
還有"讓咖啡粉末更容易在上座進行平均與水混合,
容易掌握烹煮的咖啡香醇。再者,
中間的粗腰身和高張力橡皮設計,使得維護上比較容易"
缺點的話
"粉層變很薄,攪拌的次數不能太多太頻繁,會容易過粹
不過如果缽型的缽很大一個,濾器又過重...."
以上這些,雖然提供了我ㄧ些初步的概念
但是還是有一些疑惑
想問問看一些有經驗的人
對於為何會有這一款型號出現
其當初設計的理念是基於什麼?
而停產的原因又是為何?(只是聽說)
能否有更詳盡的解說呢~
