我本身不是念三類組 醫學化學的人,所以如果文章有錯還請大家包容。
前幾天我有請教幾位本身從事相關醫療生化行業的朋友,
基本上起雲劑就是讓飲料不會呈現油水分離,有完美混濁均勻色感,
這種東西通常都是用 棕梠油 阿拉伯膠... 等等去配方調製
(這些東西 好像都可以在坊間飲品或者冰品原料欄裡面看的到)
出包的是有廠商省成本 拿塑化原料去取代上述添加物。
所以 如果邏輯這樣推 如果加了毒料的飲料 就不會產生上下油水分離
那麼是不是就可以推論說 會產生油水分離的東西 基本上就沒加毒料了
看到推文大家擔心的抹茶奶霜拿鐵,我的印象 放在冰箱
隔天過夜 就會呈現上面一層 下面一層沉澱抹茶粉芝麻粉,
所以基本上 我認為抹茶製品 應該是沒有相關的問題啦。
