雖然星巴克的客訴是為了提升服務品質
但讓我覺得非常心疼的是
每次我拿顧客函要填 有看到我在寫的夥伴會露出有點擔心的神情
客訴對方會讓我覺得好像在害他
因為夥伴這樣的神情
讓我覺得客訴在星巴克似乎是不怎麼好的事
應該要給夥伴一個無過份擔憂的工作環境
不過於緊張也才能給客人更好且帶著較愉悅的服務吧?
所以我除了真的有一次提了我覺得缺笑容的部份
幾乎去星巴克都是有機會就會藉由卡片
謝謝對方給我難忘的好服務
帶著想放鬆的心情
感謝與珍惜夥伴提供的服務
但也同時希望夥伴是開心的
